There’s no need to book or call us in advance. Simply bring your timepiece to your local Teesside Watch Repairers, and we will advise as to when we expect it to be ready.
Typically,most strap and battery replacements are completed same day with specialist services taking up to 2-3 weeks. Expected turnaround times will be stated on receipt and inspection.
We’re committed to providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
High value watches (over £200) must be disclosed at the time. In the event of a complaint or query the article(s) should be returned with the original card to us, we will respond within two working days following receipt. We cannot entertain a complaint or query older than 30 days from the processing date. In the event of us causing damage by neglect or mechanical failure we will resolve the matter by negotiation. Where these are agreed between us and the customer, payment shall be made by credit note unless otherwise agreed between us and the customer.
