Returns
You are
welcome to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the item in
the original and unopened condition. Return postage costs are at the
buyer’s expense.
If in the unlikely event there is an issue with either; orders in transit, item received not what was ordered, item damaged or defective, or you feel it was not consistent with our advertising representation, please contact us ASAP, ideally via email (this is for easy buyer and seller reference).
We take any issue seriously and consistently resolve any matter fully, swiftly and to your utmost satisfaction. Where there has been an issue as described above we will cover the return postage cost (we will confirm the service to be used at the time of return confirmation).
Note: 'Clearance' items are sadly not returnable if you change your mind / order incorrectly.
Note: Buyer’s are responsible for the safe return of the items and bare all postage costs in the event of an ordering error or change of mind. If any boxed new item is not returned in it's brand new re-sellable condition a surcharge maybe applied due to the condition of the packaging/product being classed as Seconds.
Any included item marked as 'free' must also be returned. Exchanges are not possible.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION, ELSE IT MAY BE REFUSED.
We are happy to accept returns. If for any reason you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange simply return it to us unused in it's original packaging. Please make sure you include a return note or invoice copy with your order details and reason for return. We have a guide time of 14 days for product returns.
Please make sure the product is returned to us as it arrived. New and unused with original retail packaging included or tags still attached. Please use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt, this may be longer over a weekend of Bank Holidays. We will issue a refund back to your original payment method for the price you paid for the item excluding postage costs.
If you need to make a return because the product is faulty, damaged or we made a mistake with your order please contact is so we organise a prepaid return and exchange. You should inform us of items that have been damaged during shipping as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate claim with the postal company.

Product Warranty
Most manufacturers offer at least 12 month warranty on their products. If a product has become faulty after use please contact us and we can help with processing the return and manufacturer warranty claim.
