Beginning with our tiny Middlesbrough shop 2 years ago, we soon added a popular repair and service bike hub for local cyclists of all ages.
We then expanded upstairs with kid's bike room (2nd life bikes) and an adults used bikes room, both incorporating a wheel store.

Our Bicycle Journey...
I had been driving cars a few years, but found it stressful, mind numbing and weight gaining...
I decided to take drastic action and ditch the car/van, but how to do it? I looked at my then work journey of about 10 miles, during peak hours this would take about 30 minutes :( Looking at a possible journey by buses it would require a good walk to the bus stop , allowing waiting time, getting the bus to the town centre and waiting for a 2nd bus and then a 3rd bus! Thought I would give cycling a go, 1st day took about 55 minutes, 45 minutes by the end of the week,then 39 minutes by the end of the month and then on a good day less 30 minutes...same as the car without the hassle. Within 8 months I had lost 2 stone and kept it off every since 😊
